猪蹄甲散在前列腺摘除术中止血作用的研究

摘　　要：为探讨猪蹄甲散在前列腺摘除术中的止血作用,我们通过动物止血试验、药理试验证明其止血效果可靠,将猪蹄甲散作为创面止血剂用于前列腺摘除术15例,与对照组比较,术中出血量减少72.1％,术后出血量减少53.5％。本文讨论了猪蹄甲散的止血作用机理,比较了中、西药外用止血的优缺点,并提出了猪蹄甲散在前列腺摘除术中止血的实用性。In order to study the hemostatic effects of Chinese herb pig's toe nail in prostatectomy, we carried out animal experiments, pharmacologic experiments and got the good results. In 15 cases prostatectomy hemorrhage of the experimental group was decreased 72.1% during operation and 53.5% after operation in comparison with control group. We discussed the hemostatic machanism of pig's toe nail, compared the advantage and disadvantage of Chinese herb with western medicine and put forward the practical usage of pig's toe nail as a hemostatic for internal use in prostatectomy.
