胸导管引流途径的动物实验研究

摘　　要：采用叶绿素注射显示法,观察了5只狗胸导管的引流途径。注射叶绿素后2h,颈后淋巴结等显色。取显色淋巴结作组织切片,发现叶绿素进入淋巴结的被膜下窦和小梁周窦,输出淋巴管内未见叶绿素,从而证实叶绿素是经胸导管顺向流入淋巴结的。同时,作者讨论了与胸导管相连的淋巴结在肿瘤的淋巴转移方面的意义。The drainage passway of the thoracic duct is studied on 5 dogs with injecting chlorlphyll. The nodes and posterior mediastinal lymph nodes were colourde after injection. The colurde lymph nodes were removed, the paraffin sections were made. Chlorophyll enters the subcapsular sinus and peritrabecular sinus of the lymph node, while there is not chlorlphyll in the efferent lymphatic. This shows that the lymph in the thoracic duct flows into the lymph nodes through the afferent lymphatic. The significance of the lymph nodes connected with the thoracic duct in the lymphatic metastasis of the tumor were discussed.
