猪蹄甲散和孟氏液止血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：将猪蹄甲散等5种中药和孟氏液作为创面止血剂,在家兔股动脉上进行止血试验。结果证明,猪蹄甲散的止血时间是3.63±0.68min,明显短于其它各组,统计学分析差异有极显著意义(P<0.0001),另外,猪蹄甲散无毒且有一定的抗炎作用。文中还讨论了猪蹄甲散的临床作用、止血机理。The hemostatic effects of pig's toe nail, Monsell's solution and other five kinds of herb medicines were studied in rabbit's femoral artery. The results revealed that the hemostatic time of pig's toe nail group was 3.63±0.68 min and was significantly shorter than other groups(P<0.01). So the pig's toe nail had a good hemostatic effects. In addition, pig's toe nail has an anti-inflammatory effect and no toxicity. The clinical use, hemostatic machanism and anti-inflammatory effects of pig's toe nail were discussed.
