人胎儿胰岛移植治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病15例临床研究

摘　　要：用培养人胎胰岛组织治疗15例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)。观察时间4～28个月。15例中14例有效,有效率93.3％,其中3例可完全停用胰岛素6,14,28个月。移植后患者临床症状改善,血糖、尿糖、糖化血红蛋白明显降低,血清C-肽增加。移植前后分别用单克隆抗体测定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,证明移植后无排斥现象。15 cases of IDDM were treated with cultured human embryo pancreatic islet transplantation and observed for 4 to 28 months. The results showed that the effective rate was about 93.3%, i. e., 14 of the 15 cases got effective treatment and among which 3 cases had tolerated withdrawal of insulin for 6, 14 and 28 months, respectively. With the improvement of clinical symptoms, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood sugar and urine sugar of the patients treated with islet transplantation remarkably decreased. The serum C-peptide was increased. T-lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood before and after the islet transplantation were measured by monoclonal antibody, and shown that there was no rejection phenomenon after the post-transplantation.
