人胎儿胰岛组织培养实验研究

摘　　要：用人胎儿脐带血清和接受胰岛移植者血清代替新生牛血清,对人胎儿胰岛组织进行培养,测试了培养物的功能。结果表明采用人血清培养胰岛组织,有益于培养物生长,能减低其抗原性并能提高胰岛移植治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的疗效。同时对不同胎龄、培养天数进行了探讨,认为胰岛组织培养以用4～7个月胎龄的胎儿,培养5～7d为最佳。According to the method of Hu Yuanfeng in Shanghai, we had modified the method of human serum. Instead of meonatal bovine serum, we used a complex serum of human embryo umbilical cord and humanacceptor's serum of pancreatic islet transplantation. The function of the cultured islet tissue was tested. It was shown that the optimal gestational age was 4 to 7 months and the optimal culture time was 5 to 7 days. These results deminstrated that the human serum in place of neonatal bovine serum was more beneficial to the growth of the cuItured tissue. The advantages were decrease the removal of the tissue antigen and elevation of curative effect of panereatic islet transplantation.
