不同胰岛移植部位治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的疗效对比

摘　　要：对经腹腔小网膜囊、三角肌及胸大肌三种不同胰岛移植部位治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)的疗效进行了对比。结果表明三角肌注射法与腹腔小网膜囊移植同样有良好的效果。但前者创伤小,更为方便实用。尤其对病情重,体质差,难以耐受手术者更为适宜。Compared the curative effects of pancreatic islet transplantation by investment of abdominal omental bursa and injection of deltoid muscle or greater pectoral muscle. The results suggested that the method of injection of deltoid muscle was the primary method, which were effective and rarely traumatic, especially to the faint patients who couldn't tolerate operation. Therefore, this method was suitable for pancreatic islet transplantation without operation.
