摘　　要：作者解剖观察了32例成人男性的锁骨下静脉的锁骨下段。锁骨下静脉与锁骨的交叉点位于肩峰或肩锁关节至前正中线的中点稍内侧,肩峰或肩锁关节至胸锁关节连线的内、中1/3稍外侧。在交叉点和环状软骨与胸骨颈静脉切迹连线的中点之间,作一连线,此连线在锁骨下方的延长线即是锁骨下段的体表投影。The infraclavicular part of the subclavian vein was anatomized in 32 adult male cadavers. The crossing between the subclavian vein and clavicle is medial to the median point between the acromlon (or acromioclavicular joint) and the anterior median line, lateral to the juncture of the median and medial 1/3 of a line between the acromion (or acromioclavicular joint) and sternoclavicular joint. A downward extension of the line drawn from the crossing to the median point between the cricoid cartilage and jugular notch is the projective position of the subclavian vein on the surface of the thorax.
