高胆固醇血症和单核细胞粘附对动脉壁胆固醇含量的影响

摘  要:实验观察了正常对照组,单纯高胆固醇血症组和高胆固醇血症加静脉注射粪链球菌组胸主动脉内皮细胞表面粘附的单核细胞数、内皮细胞、血脂和动脉壁胆固醇含量的变化。与正常对照组比较,高胆固醇血症组和加静脉注射粪链球菌组粘附单核细胞数增多,内皮细胞间隙增宽,但后两组间差异无显著性;血清胆固醇和甘油三酯含量及动脉壁胆固醇含量也显著增加,且加静脉注射粪链球菌组明显高于单纯高胆固醇血症组。相关回归分析发现动脉壁胆固醇含量与血症胆固醇含量有显著相关性,而与粘附单核细胞数无明显相关性。因此作者认为单核细胞粘附侵入内膜不是血浆胆固醇进入血管壁的主要途径,而内皮细胞损伤等因素可能起了重要作用。The number of adhesive monocytes to endothelium, morphology of endothelium of thoracic aorta, level of serum TC and the TG and TC content of arterial wall were observed in the normal control group, hypercholesterolemic group and hypercholesterolemia with i v streptococuss fecalis group in male rats. Compared to the normal control group, the number of adhesive monocytes increased significantly; and the space between endothelial cells became wider than that in other two experimental groups. In hypercholesterolemic rats, the levels of serum TC and TG and the TC content of arterial wall were higher than that in normal control rats, and in hypercholesterolemic rats with i v streptococus recalls, the levels of serum TC and TG and the TC content of arterial wall is also higher than that in hypercholesterolemic rats. Furthermore, it was found that the TC content of arterial wall has a significant relation with the level of serum TC, but not related to the number of adhesive monocytes. Therefore, it is concluded that the adhesion and penetration of monocyte into intima is not the major pathway of plasma cholestrol into arterial wall and the endothelium injury may be a more important pathway.
