人工心脏起搏在治疗阿-斯综合征中的应用(附41例报告)

摘　　要：用人工心脏起搏治疗阿一斯综合征41例,其中临时起搏24例,永久起搏17例,除1例在心脏手术中行右心室心肌临时起搏和1例经胸壁穿刺右室起搏外,余39例均为右室心尖部心内膜起搏。结果39例起搏成功,24例临时起搏中有13例据病情改为永久起搏,认为人工心脏起搏治疗阿-斯综合征效果满意。Forty-one cases with Adams-stokes syndrome were treated by artificial cardiac pacing, and 24 of them got temporary pacing while 17 got permanent pacing. Except one case got a temporary pacing at the right ventricular (RV) myocardium during the operation and another one by percutaneous transthoracic RV pacing, the others all by RV apex endocardial pacing. By the way of artificial cardiac pacing, 39 cases succeed in number and 13 among the 24 cases with temporary pacing, turned into permanent pacing depending on the patients' conditions. With the data in treatment, the authors believe that artificial cardiac pacing treatment to Adams-Stokes syndrome can reach a satisfactory effect.
