摘　　要：通过安钢高线加热炉的设计实例 ,探讨了加热炉设计中的一些技术问题 ,如炉型选择 ,炉子主要尺寸的确定 ,炉型曲线 ,节能措施及钢坯加热最佳化控制。Based on the practice design of the heating furnace of high-speed wire rod rolling line of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,some techniques were discussed,such as the selection of furnace type,calculation of the main parameters,curve of profile,measures of saving energy and the most optimization control of billet temperature.
