拇指指腹缺损的修复

摘　　要：目的　探讨含感觉神经的微型皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损的临床效果。　方法　以食指背侧岛状皮瓣、中指侧方岛状皮瓣、第二足趾趾腹皮瓣、甲皮瓣 ,修复重建拇指指腹缺损 16例 ,面积为1 5cm× 1 5cm～ 6 0cm× 3 0cm。　结果　 16例皮瓣全部成活 ,随访 1～ 4年。拇指外形满意 ,功能良好。　结论　采用含感觉神经的微型皮瓣重建拇指指腹缺损 ,对供区影响不大 ,效果佳 ,是理想的术式选择。Objective To investigate the result of repairing the pulp defects of the thumb by several small flaps which contain sensitive nerves Methods The dorsal island flap of the index finger (the kite flap),the neurovascular island flap of the ring finger (the littlers flap),the second toe plantar flap and the wraparound toe flap were designed for treatment of the pulp defects of the thumb The study included 16 patients The size of the flap were 1 5 cm×1 5 cm～6 0 cm×3 0 cm. Results All graft flap were survived The period of follow up in 16 cases were one to four years The appearance of the flaps were excellent The function of the injuried thumb were recovered well Conclusions The method of the small flaps which contain sensitive nerves is a good option for covering of pulp defects of the thumb,and the donor site morbidity is minimal
