摘 要:目的探讨参麦、乌司他丁早期应用对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的防治作用及机制。方法选择SD大鼠 4 0只 ,建立脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,分为对照组、参麦干预组、乌司他丁干预组、两药合用组 ,每组 10只。观察 :①脑组织病理形态学改变 ;②红细胞酵母菌花环法检测红细胞C3b受体花环 (erythrocyteC3breceptorrosette,E C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环 (erythrocyteimmunecomplexresette,E ICR) ;③放射免疫法测定红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)含量 ,TBA比色法测定血浆丙二醛 (malondialdehyde,MDA)。结果①参麦组与对照组比较E C3bRR、红细胞SOD明显升高 ,血浆MDA明显降低 ,脑损害减轻 ;②乌司他丁组与对照组比较 ,E C3bRR、红细胞SOD无明显变化 ,但血浆MDA明显降低 ,脑损害减轻 ;③两药合用组较两药单用组效果更明显。结论参麦可明显提高脑缺血再灌注时红细胞免疫功能、增加红细胞SOD含量、降低血浆氧自由基水平 ,减轻脑组织病理损害 ;乌司他丁具有降低自由基水平 ,减轻脑损害的作用 ;ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effects and mechanism of Shenmai and Ulinastatin for ischemic repefused(IR) brain injury.MethodsBrain injury from IR model was established in 40 SD rats by ligating left arteria carotis communis. These rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups: control group, Shenmai group, Ulinastain group, Shenmai and Ulinastatin group. Every 10 rats constituted a group. The histological changes of the brain were observed by pathological method,erythrocyte immune complex rosette(E ICR) and erythrocyte C3b receper rosette(E C3bRR) by erythrocyte saccharomycete rosette test,superoxide dismutase(SOD) of erythrocyte by radio immunssoary, malondialdehyde(MDA) by TBA colorimetry.Results①E C3bRR,SOD of erythrocyte of Shenmai group were higher obviously, and MDA was lower obviously than control group, brain injury was alleviated. ②In Ulinastatin group, E C3bRR, SOD of erythrocyte had no obvious change, but MDA decreased significantly. ③In Shenmai and Ulinastatin group, treating effect was more obvious than that of Shenmai group or Ulinastatin group.ConclusionShenmai raises erythrocytic immune function and the content of SOD, and decreases the oxygen free radical and alleviates the brain injury. Ulinastatin can decrease the oxygen free radical. Further, the treating function will be better when Shenmai combined with Ulinastatin for IR.
