脊柱压缩性骨折患者血清降钙素测定的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨降钙素(calcitonin,CT)在原发性骨质疏松中的作用。方法:对72例绝经后女性按骨密度测量结果分3组。A组健康对照组21例,B组骨质疏松组26例,C组骨质疏松合并脊柱压缩性骨折组25例。测定3组BMD、血清CT、Ca水平。结果:B、C两组血清CT及血清钙均低于A组(P<0.05,P<0.01),C组血清CT低于B组(P<0.01),结论:骨质疏松的病人CT分泌水平降低,且降低的程度与骨量的丢失有关,提示CT水平降低可能参与了骨质疏松发生。Objective: To study significance of serum caleitonin (CT) in patients with spinal vertebra compression fracture. Methods: According to the results of bone density determination, 72 postmenopause women were divided into Group A (control) (n=21), B (osteoporosis) (n=26) and C (osteoporosis+spinal vertebra compression fracture) (n=25). The levels of serum CT and calcium in these groups were determined. Results: The level of serum CT or calcium in Group B or C was lower than that in Group A (P<0.05. P<0.01). The level of serum CT in Group C was lower than that in Group B (P <0.01). Conclusion: The level of serum CT decreases in patients with osteoporosis and its levels are associated with os-teopenia. The CT deficiency might have a hand in the development of osteoporosis.
