摘 要:对中美两国所获得的转基因抗虫棉品种GK— 1 2、新棉 33B分别进行了 Bt基因的连锁测验。分析表明两个品种的试验结果相似 ,Bt基因未整合在棉花第 I、II、III、IV、V、VI、VII、IX、X、XI、XII、XIII、XVII连锁群及 cu、pg、gl1等基因所涉及的染色体上。阐明了 Bt基因染色体图谱定位的复杂性 ,并提出以原位杂交技术实现Dealing with the analysis of linkage for Bt gene in transgenic bollworm resistant cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.), Linkage test indicated that no linkage relationship exists between Bt gene andlinkage group I ?II ?III ?IV ?V?VI ?VII? IX ?X ?XI ?XII ?XIII ?XVII of cotton genomes. At the same time, no linkage relationship between Bt gene and cu?pg ?gl 1 gene were found respectively. With two transgenic bollworm resistant cotton cultivars Nucotton 33B, from the United States, and GK-12,from China, the analogous results were obtained when they were crossed with TM-1?T586?T582?v 5v 6?v 16 v 17 ?yg 1yg 2?gl 2gl 3?ne 1ne 2?cu?fg?pg?gl 1?ob? n 2?vf?cl 1?rl 1 separately. It was difficult to find the integrated locus of Bt gene in cotton genome by normal genetic linkage group analysis. Further research should focus on in situ hybridization, related methods involving Cytogenetics?Tissue Chemistry and Molecular Biology were discussed.
