摘  要:按 10 0kg干小麦种子拌三唑酮单剂有效成分 6 0 0 g ;拌三唑酮与聚乙烯醇配成的缓释剂有效成分 30 0 g ;拌三唑酮·多菌灵与聚乙烯醇复配成的缓释剂有效成分 80 0g ;用不拌药的小麦种子作对照 ,分别播于花盆和田间小区试验地内 ,定期调查其对小麦全蚀病的防效。试验结果表明 ,盆栽试验的防效 :三唑酮单剂对小麦全蚀病的防效为 4 6 .9% ;三唑酮缓释剂的防效为 6 0 .9% ;三唑酮·多菌灵缓释剂的防效为 5 9.3% ;田间小区试验结果 :三唑酮缓释剂对小麦全蚀病的防效为 5 2 .7% ,保产效果为 2 8.6 % ;三唑酮·多菌灵缓释剂的防效为 5 1.1% ,保产效果为 2 6 .4 % ,均高于单剂三唑酮 4 1.7%的防效和 15 .In our experiment there are four treatments. The first is 100kg wheat seeds mixed with 600 g of efficacious triadimefon; the second is 100kg wheat seeds with 300g efficacious formulation composed of triadimefon and polyvinyl alcohol; and the third is 100kg wheat seeds with 800g efficacious formulation composed of triadimefon carbendazol and polyvinyl alcohol. The fourth , without any preparation, is the contrast. Processed seeds were sowed in pots and in the field for experiment. And then regular records have been taken in order to obtain the data of their effectiveness on preventing wheat take all. The data show that: in potting experiment, triadimefon's effectiveness rate on preventing wheat take all is 46.9%; the controlled released triadimefon formulation is 60.9%; and the third treatment is 59.3%; in field experiment, controlled released triadimefon formulation's effectiveness rate on preventing wheat take all is 52.7% and its' production increasing rate is 28.6%; and those of controlled released triadimefon carbendazol formulation are 51.1% and 26.4%respectively. The data show that the two types of CRTF, comparing with pure triadimefon formulation (with the preventing effect rate of 41.7% and production increasing rate of 15.3%), have greater preventive effect and thus result in higher production rate.
