摘 要:对来自我国不同生态区的 70 0份花生种质进行抗黄曲霉菌侵染的评价。鉴定结果表明 ,70 0份花生种质中 ,大部分对黄曲霉菌侵染表现高感 ,低侵染率 (5 0 %以下 )种质仅 12份 ,其中EF72 84的侵染率最低 ,为 2 8.5 7%。低侵染率花生种质均来自南方生态区的珍珠豆型材料。本文对低侵染率花生种质的主要植物学。Seven hundred groundnut accessions from different ecological regions in China were evaluated for response to Aspergillus flavus invasion by artificial inoculation. The results indicated that the most of groundnut accessiond involved were susceptible to invasion by A.flavus . There were only 12 accessions with relatively low invasion percentage (less than 50%) among these 700 genotypes. The genotype 'EF7284' possessed 28.57% of the lowest invasion ration among the 700 genotypes tested. All the genotypes with low invasion percentage were from southern China and most of them belonged to Spanish type. The botanic, yield and quality traits in the genotypes with low invasion percentage were investigated and tested.
