摘  要:致敏实验表明,TDI速发型过敏效应和DNCB迟发型过敏效应,均明显受其致敏剂量和激发剂量的影响,剂量越大,过敏反应越强。因此,化学物的过敏反应与其一般毒作用一样显示出明显的剂量-反应关系。This study investigated the relationship of exposure concentrations of toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and blood histamine contents and mast cell degranulation indices ( MCDI ) which were generally accepted as sensitive probes to immediate hypersensitivity of chemicals.The study also explored the dose-response relationship of delayed onset hypersensitivity of DNCB by mice ear swelling test. The results showed that there was a dose-response relationship in both immediate and delayed onset hypersensitivity of chemicals. It is prospective and important to establish safety levels of chemicals for reduction of allergic impairments from them.
