摘　　要：本研究以灌胃染毒的方法,通过光镜、电镜观察和酶组化及血清生化指标测定,探讨了丙烯腈对大鼠肝脏的亚急性毒作用。结果表明,丙烯腈能引起肝细胞线粒体、粗面内质网及生物膜功能障碍和结构损伤。The present study is undertaken to investigate the subacute hepatoxicity of acrylonitrile ( AN ) and in order to recognize the relation between the liver damage and the dose levels of AN. 48 Wis-tar rats ( male : female = 1 : 2 ) were distributed into four groups. The animals of three exposed groups were given AN 20, 40, 60mg/kg/day, 6days/a weeks. The main changes as follows : AN results in the destruction of mitochondria、endoplasmic reticulum and cell membrane, causes the dysfunction of energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
