摘  要:利用大鼠离体肝灌流技术,观察了四氯化碳、氯仿、二氯甲烷对肝脏的毒性损伤,并根据化合物分子中的碳原子净电荷,研究了二者之间的关系。结果表明,四氯化碳对离体肝脏的毒性损伤作用最强,二氯甲烷最弱。其损伤程度与其分子中的碳原子净电荷大小顺序一致。Cabon tetrachloride, chloroform and dichloromethane were added into the perfusate to evalute the toxic effect on the isolated rat liver.The toxicity in liver were studied. The net charge of carbon atom in their molecules was calculated. The results showed that these material can lead to higher values for Perfusate GPT, SDH, GDH and the concentration of Perfusate K+than control did(P<0.01) . The toxicity of chloroform on the isolated rat liver is stronger than that of dichloromethane, and the toxicity of carbon tetra- chloride is the strongest of all. The net charge of carbon atom in the molecules of carbon tetrach-loride, chloroform and dichloromethane is increased proportional to the increase of the hepatotoxici-ty of them.
