摘 要:目的 探讨山东省部分高碘地区饮水碘含量与井深的关系 ,为寻找适宜碘的饮水层 ,解除高碘危害提供科学依据。方法 以居民饮用水碘含量为线索 ,在进行高碘调查的同时 ,对 4 2 3份水碘含量与其饮水井深度进行了相关分析。结果 高碘地区水碘含量与饮水井深度之间呈正相关关系 ,相关系数为 0 .3394 (P <0 .0 1)。淄博、济南、德州市的水碘含量与饮水井深度之间呈正相关关系 ,相关系数分别为 :0 .782 2、0 .5 989和 0 .4 0 70(P <0 .0 1) ;聊城和济宁市的水碘含量与饮水井深度之间无相关关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 饮水碘含量与井深之间有密切关系 ,水碘含量随饮水井深度的增加而升高 ,如要寻找饮用适碘水源 。Objective To study the relationship between water iodine and depth of drinking water well in part of high iodine areas, search normal iodine water layer and eliminate the harm of high iodine.Methods We had made relative analysis between 423 portion of water iodine and depth of drinking water well while we investigated the high iodine.Results On the whole, in high iodine area the water indine and the depth of drinking water well has positive correlation and the relative coefficient is 0.3394(P<0.01). At Zibo, Jinan and Dezhou, the 3 cities' water iodine and depth of drinking water well also have positive correlation and the relative coefficient are 0.782 2?0.598 9 and 0.407 0 respectively (P<0.01). At the two city of Liaocheng and Jining, there are no correlation between the water iodine and depth of drinking water well (P>0.05).Conclusions There are close relationship between iodine and depth of drinking water well: the water iodine rises along with the depth of drinking water well increase. If we try to research drinking normal iodine water, we should not choose deep well layer.
