超声诊断广泛性陈旧下壁心梗的力学分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨广泛下壁心梗形成的矛盾运动的超声心动图的诊断原则 ,避免心梗患者非典型的临床资料的误导作用。方法 :本文总结了 7例广泛下壁心梗患者的超声诊断资料 ,对心室壁的矛盾运动 ,应用力学原理深入分析了其成因。结果 :心室壁的矛盾运动不是室壁瘤的专用术语 ,室壁张力极度低下是形成矛盾运动的内在原因。结论Objective:To explore the reasons of inferior diskinesis producing as extensive chronic infarction with Echocardiography and to avoid miss leading of non typical clinical material of the patients with CAD.Methods:The echocardiographic diagnostic materials of 7 cases with extensive chronic inferior infarction existing extensive dyskinesis were analyzed by mechanics principles.Results:The regional dyskinesis did exist extensively in injured myocardial conditions and was not the special term for aneyurism.The lower myocardial tone was the essential reason to form the dyskinesis.Conclusions:The mechanics analysis will be an effective method to reveal the reasons of the abnormal wall motions.
