摘　　要：在公理化设计中引入行为域 ,提出了具有“顾客需求域→功能域→行为域→载体域”映射模式的概念设计方案生成模型 ;将功能域、行为域和载体域之间的映射视为整体。采用质量功能配置方法建立了顾客需求域与该映射整体之间的关系 ;针对映射整体定义了一种域映射规则 ,给出了域映射过程的数学语言形式化描述。以高速链式平缝机方案设计为例 。By combining behavior domain in axiomatic design, a model of generating schemes in product conceptual design was proposed. The model taked on the mapping frame:customer domain→functional domain→behavior domain→physical domain. The mapping relations among the last three domains are integrated. The relation between customer domain and other three domains in the model was established with QFD approach. The definition and the mathematical formalization of mapping process between functional, behavior and physical domains were presented. An illustrative example was provided.
