摘　　要：目的 探讨输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 自1998年11月至2000年11月,采用F8-9.5Wolf硬性镜鞘合-输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石75例。结果一次性结石粉碎率为82.7％(62/75),1～3月结石排净率为98.8％(73/75),无明显并发症。结论 输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石方法安全、效果确切、痛苦小、损伤小,如配合ESWL体外碎石疗效更佳。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the swisslithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor in the endo-senpic management of urmary calculi. Methods From 1998 to Dec. 2000,75 patients with stone in ureter were treated with the hard endoscopic sheath F8 - 9.5 Wolf and the above mentioned lithotriptor. Results 82.7% (62/75) of stones were fragmented in one treatment session. Almost no complications were observed. Conclusions Treatment of urinary calculi with this method arc safe,effective and less invasive. The result would be better if combined with other extracor-porcal lithotripsy such as ESWL.
