摘　　要：目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的临床特征和治疗方法。方法 采用经尿道电切电气比术加药物膀胱山灌注联合治疗腺性膀胱炎25例。结果 联合治疗疗效显著,并发症少。结论 认为腺性膀胱炎是一种癌前病变,应积极治疗。经尿道电切电气化术加药物膀胱内灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的最有效手段之一。Objective To elucidate the clinical features and treatment of cystitis glandulais. Method Transurethral resection clectrovaporization and intravesical pcrfusion of drugs were performed in 25 cases of cystitis glan-dulatis. Results Its advantage was evident efficacy and low complication Conclusions lt is considered that cystitis glandeluais was a kind of prccancerous lesion and should take aggressive therapy.Transurethral resection electrovapor-ization and intravcsical pcrfusion of drugs was the major treatment of cystitis glandularis.
