摘  要:采用有限单元法模拟计算了经过逆焊接加热处理的复合板、不锈钢、CF62调质钢等材料的残余应力场 ,计算中还考虑了不同板厚条件以及处理前原始残余应力场与形成压应力效果的关系。分析结果对进一步弄清逆焊接加热处理的原理和工艺特点以及该方法的工程应用起到了很好的促进作用。Finite element method was employed to investigate residual stress distributions in clad plate, stainless steel, and carbon steel which were treated with anti welding heating treatment (AWHT) technique. The influences of plate thickness and original residual stress on induced compressive stress field by AWHT were also considered in the computation. The results are helpful for comprehending the principle of anti welding heating treatment and applying it to prevent SCC in industrial products.
