摘　　要：介绍了几种陶瓷球的加工方法和技术特点 ,并进行了比较分析 ,指出各种方法的适用性。详细阐述陶瓷球加工工艺流程、批量加工技术和在线检测及质量控制 ,陶瓷球精度可达G10或G5级。附图 4幅 ,表 4个 ,参考文献3篇。Several process methods and technique properties of ceramic ball manufacture are introduced. The comparisions and applications of each method are pointed out. The working process, batch production, on-line checking and quality control for ceramic balls are discussed in detail. The precision level of ceramic balls can reach to G10 or G5.
