摘  要:在系统融合传动机械学和电磁学理论的基础上 ,提出了一种新型的磁力传动机械——磁力金属带传动 (MMBT)。分析了其工作原理和设计方法 ,对其有效牵引力、传动比及弹性滑动率等进行了数值模拟 ,并进行了试验验证。结果表明 ,同普通带传动相比 ,MMBT具有传动功率大、弹性滑动小、传动准确、效率高等特点 ,具有推广应用前景。Based on transmission mechanics and electromagnetism, a magnetic transmission machine—magnetic metal belt transmission (MMBT) is presented in this paper. Its operating principle and design method are analyzed and main performance parameters, such as effective traction force, transmission ratio, elastic creep ratio and so on, are simulated numerically. Finally, the experimental study is carried out,and the results show that magnetic induction density is one of the main factors influencing on the transmission performance of MMBT,which has better performance, greater traction force and transmission ratio, less elastic creep ratio, better transmission veracity and higher efficiency than that of general belt transmission. Therefore, it should be applied broadly.
