摘  要:为实现对线切割加工中放电间隙大小的在线识别 ,开发了电火花线切割加工间隙放电状态检测系统。在试验的基础上 ,运用时序分析法研究了放电间隙大小与间隙放电状态之间的关系 ;构造了一个反映放电间隙大小的样本空间 ,并以此训练一个神经网络模型来在线识别放电间隙大小。试验表明 ,该模型能较好地识别放电间隙大小。During Wire EDM process, keeping an optimal gap width to have a fast and stable machining process is very important. The on-line identification of the gap width is as a key for the machine control system. To real time identify the gap width, a new monitor system which can differentiate the gap states was developed by the authors. Experiments were carried out and time series analysis method was applied to study the relationship between the gap width and gap states. A BP neural network model was trained to on-line identify the gap width. Calculations show that the model can accurately identify the gap width, which is important to adapt new servo control strategies to have a high cutting speed and stable machining process.
