摘  要:从麦克斯韦方程出发 ,对标准微带结构利用边界条件得出微带线上传输的信号为准 TEM模的电磁波 ,并对其适用的条件给以分析总结 .通过对麦克斯韦方程的数学运算 ,推导出微带线场的横向分量满足二维拉普拉斯方程 ,由此证实微带线场的解可通过计算二维静电场获得 .最后阐述了传输线电路模型的电容矩阵 [C]和电感矩阵 [L ]均可通过解相应的静电场和静磁场来获得 ,并进一步论证了通过计算自由空间电容矩阵 [C0 ]来计算电感矩阵 [L ]的方法 .Applying the boundary condition of standard microstip structure to the Maxwell equations, this paper make a conclusion that the PCB traces have a quasi TEM field in them. Its suitable condition is that its frequency is lower than1 GHz. We prove that the transverse electric and magnetic field of TEM wave satisfies the Laplace equation, this shows that we can calculate the field of the microstrip lines by solving a two dimension static electric field. We verify that we can model a microstip as a transmission line and that we can obtain the capacitance matrix and the inductance matrix from solving the corresponding electrostatic and magnetostatic field distribution.
