心阻抗微分血流图检测早搏后强化作用

摘　　要：应用心阻抗微分血流图和左心室导管术同步观察犬的左心室早搏后强化作用。在正常状态、快速输入低分子右旋糖酐、滴注多巴酚丁胺等情况下,阻抗血流图类指标RCdz/dt max、ΔQ-Z_c、RHI_c与左心室压力类指标RLV+dp/dtmax的变化相近;且在一定早搏时间间期内,两类指标间有较好的相关性(相关系数分别为0.79,-0.62,0.76)。The postextrasystolic potentiation of the left ventricle was observed in 10 anesthetized dogs simultaneously with using differential impedance cardiogram and the catheterization of the left ventricle. Under the normal condition,the rapid infusion of Dextron and the instillation of dobutamine, the change of the indices of the differential impedance cardiogram, such as RC dz/dtmax, △Q-Z , RHIc were close to those of the indices of the pressure of the left ventricle. And there was a good correlation between the two kinds of indices in the definite extrasysto-lic interval The coefficient were 0.79, -0.62 and 0.76, respectively.
