均匀设计方法在S-SBR/NR/BR三元共混胎面胶配方设计中的应用

摘　　要：采用均匀设计方法对溶聚丁苯橡胶 (S SBR) /NR/BR三元共混胎面胶配方进行了预测和优选 ,并用三角坐标图表征了生胶并用比与硫化胶物理性能 ,尤其是生热性能的关系。研究结果表明 ,当S SBR/NR/BR并用比为 60 /10 /30或 60 /2 0 /2 0时 。The tread formula of S SBR/NR/BR blend was predicted and optimized.The influence of the blending ratio on the physical properties of vulcanizate,particularly its heat build up,was showed by triangle graph.The results showed that the better physical properties of tread was obtained when the blending ratio of S SBR/NR/BR was 60/10/30 or 60/20/20.
