摘　　要：通过对珠江口盆地重磁资料的分析处理及反演计算，依据盆地的地质、地球物理特征，采取了针对性的综合地球物理研究思路与方法，对地震资料难以解决的珠江口盆地基底结构进行了研究，确定了盆地的重力和磁性基底深度，并对盆地内的断裂和基底岩性作了推断，提供了新的认识，为今后研究提供了依据。The Zhujiang River mouth basin is a typical Cenozoic depositional basin. It hasso complex geologica1 condition that it is difficult to explore oil and gas there. The limi-tation of seismic reflectance energy which can not distinctly reflect the very deep tectonicalso affects the understanding of the base texture as well as the inference of the tectonicevolution. In order to solve these problems, the paper, by processing the gravitationaland magnetic data and according to the geologica1 and geophysical characters of the ba-sin, takes the focalization thinking of integrated geophysics to research the base textureof the Zhujiang River mouth basin which can not be solved by seismic data, determinesthe gravitational and magnetic base depths, and infers the characters of the faults androcks in the basin.
