摘 要:2000/01杂交季以甘蔗与斑茅属间杂交F1杂种崖城95-41 作母本,与父本CP57-614和川蔗57-416杂交,在二个组合后代实生苗中分别取13个单株进行过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明,除1个单株为可疑后代外,其它均为斑茅的F2后代。过氧化物酶同工酶标记PxA6、PxA7和PxA9在斑茅F2中出现机率高,特别是PxA6和PxA7,其酶带清晰易辨,可作为F2后代辅助选择的工具。YC95-41, an intergeneric hybrid from Saccharum officinarum X Erianthus arundinaceus, was used as female parent to cross with CP57-614 and Chuanzhe57-416 in 2000/01 cross season at Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station. 13 seedlings from each cross were selected to provide samples for peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme electrophoresis. The results indicated that all of the seedlings analyzed were F2 progeny of Erianthus arundinaceus except No. 12, a suspected one from YC95-41 XCP57-614. The peroxidase isozyme markers PxA6, PxA7 and PxA9 can be used as tools to assist selection of Eriantus F2 hybrids, especially PxA6 and PxA7, since they present at high rates in F2 progeny and are easy to be identified.
