摘　　要：中国对越南的投资在两国关系正常化之后得到了不断的发展,取得了一些成就,但投资规模和数量较小,投资结构有待改善,投资模式与方式的运用尚不十分合理,还有极大的潜力没有很好发挥。随着中国入世和经济结构调整的需求及越南启动入世进程,中国对越南的投资必然迎来一个良好的机遇和前景。China抯 investments in Vietnam have continuously progressed since the normalization of relations between them, though the scale and size has still been relatively small, the investment pattern less rational, the investment structure remains to be improved, and tremendous potentialities to be tapped. Nevertheless, with the sound foundation and favorable conditions in friendly political relationship between the two countries, the increasing development of economic reforms and economic/trade relations in both countries, the continuous progress in regional economic cooperation and liberalization of trade & investment, as well as the needs in Chinese economic restructuring and Vietnamese initiatives for WTO entry and its new goals of economic development, China抯 investments in Vietnam are bound to meet favorable opportunities and prospects.
