认真贯彻《医疗事故处理条例》依法维护患者知情同意权

摘　　要：解放军总医院在维护患者知情同意权工作中,认真学习、贯彻和执行《中华人民共和国执业医师法》、《医疗事故处理条例》,结合医院实际,制定了《解放军总医院维护患者及其亲属知情同意权实施办法》,该《办法》对患者知情、同意的范围、实施方式,以及特殊情况的处理做出了明确规定。通过实践,有效地预防了因知情同意问题而引发的医疗纠纷,其做法被总部转发全军医疗机构。作者还就在维护患者的知情同意权方面应处理好的关系进行了探讨。In the work of defending the patient' s right of knowing the case and showing the agreement,PLA General Hospital conscientiously study,implement and carry out the <Chinese Doctor' s Law>and <Handling Medical Accident Rule>, draw up the <The Executing Way of defending the patient and family's right of knowing the case and showing the agreement>. It makes the definite stipulation to the scope of patient's knowing the case and showing the agreement and the handing of the particular case. Trough the practice, we effectively prevent the medical dispute caused by the right of knowing the case and showing the agreement. The good way has been transmitted to the whole army' s medical institution by the General Headquarter. The author has also discussed about the different relations while defending the patient's right of knowing the case and showing the agreement.
