摘　　要：目的　报道 1994～ 1998年 2 1例严重距骨颈骨折脱位的外科治疗效果。方法　 2 1例病人采用早期手术复位 ,松质骨螺丝钉内固定术。结果　随诊 2～ 3年 ,临床疗效优良率 71% ,距骨体缺血坏死率33 3% ,创伤性关节炎发生率 2 8 6 %。结论　严重距骨颈骨折脱位的治疗效果与损伤程度。Objective To report results of surgical treatment for 21 cases of talus neck fracture dislocation from 1994 to 1998.Methods All cases were treated with surgical anatomic reduction in the early stage,and stiff internal fixation.Results After the patients were followed up for 2～3 years,it was found that the excellent and good rate was 71%,the rate of avascular necrosis was 33.3%,and the rate of traumatogenic arthritis was 28.6%.Conclusion The effects of treatment of this disease has close relations to the degree of injury,time of operation and method of treatment.
