摘 要:采用10mol%Mg-ZrO_2工业原料制备 Mg-PSZ 材料,系统地研究了 MgO-PSZ 材料的抗热震性。认为经1300℃热处理是表面增强机理,探讨1300℃热处理对抗热下震性的影响以及出现ΔT_(c1)和ΔT_(c2)的原因。分析了1100℃热处理所生成的δ-相(Mg_2Zr_5O_(12)),是影响材料抗热震性的主要原因。解释了1420℃热处理条件下材料受热冲击后的断裂韧性的变化。对于 Mg-PSZ 材料,通过热处理条件来改善材料的韧性,提高材料的抗热震损伤因数,减少其所受的热冲击损伤,从而提高增韧材料的抗热震性能。The thermal shock resistance of Mg-PSZ ceramics prepared with 10 mol% MgO-ZrO_2 commercial raw materials,and the effect of heat treatment at 1300℃ onthermal down-shock resistance as well as the reason of presenting ΔT_(?) and ΔT_(c2)have been systematically studied.The results obtained show that heat treatment at1300℃ is the surface toughening mechanism of the ceramics,and the production ofδ-phase (Mg_2Zr_5O_(12)) due to heat treatment at 1100℃ may be considered as thereason of the increase of thermal shock resistance,especially making the thermal up-shock resistance of the ceramics better,and the change of fracture toughness of theceramics heat treated at 1240℃ can be explained.Heat treatment can improve the toughness,raise the thermal shock damage resista-nce factor R”,and so increase the thermal shock resistance of Mg-PSZ ceramicstoughened.
