摘 要:[目的 ]研究工作场所空气中三氯硫磷卫生标准。 [方法 ]测定三氯硫磷的急性和亚急性毒性 ,并进行现场接触工人的职业流行病学调查。 [结果 ]三氯硫磷的大鼠经口LD50 为 681mg/kg ,慢性吸入阈浓度 2 0 6mg/m3 ,刺激阈浓度 8 5mg/m3 (大鼠 )。工作场所空气中三氯硫磷浓度 0 5mg/m3 以下 ,未发现接触工人中毒症状。 [结论 ]建议工作场所空气中三氯硫磷最高容许浓度为 0 5mg/m3 。To establish national health standard for thiophosphoryl chloride in the air of workplace. Occupational epidemiological investigation and studies on the acute toxicity and subchronic oral toxicity of thiophosphoryl chloride were conducted. The available literatures concerning standard setting were collected. LD 50 for thiophosphoryl chloride by intragastric administration is 660 mg/kg in rats. The threshold of chronic inhalation toxic effect in rats is 2 06 mg/m 3. The results of environmental monitoring showed that the most concentrations of thiophosphoryl chloride in the air of workplace were below 0 5 mg/m 3,the adverse effects related to exposure to thiophosphoryl chloride in workers were not found. [Conclusion] The maximum allowable concentration(MAC) for thiophosphoryl chloride in the air of workplace is recommeded as 0 5 mg/m 3.
