自体骨膜移植治疗髌股关节炎

摘　　要：目的 :应用自体骨膜移植方法 ,治疗髌股骨性关节炎。方法 :3 0例 ,46个膝关节患有髌股骨性关节炎 ,应用同一麻醉 ,同一手术切口 ,切取自体与髌骨面积相当的胫骨上端骨膜 ,同时磨平髌骨关节面至软骨下骨板 ,有新鲜血液渗出 ,然后将切取的胫骨上端的骨膜移植到髌骨关节面 ,使移植的骨膜生发层朝向关节腔 ,术后早期在CPM机上活动膝关节 ,并早期下床活动行走。结果 :3 0例手术患者 ,有 2 3例 3 5个膝关节得到随访 ,其中优良率为 95 .6% ,差的为 4.4%。结论 :髌股骨性关节炎的患者 ,可以应用同一次手术 ,同一切口 ,进行自体骨膜移植 ,治疗髌股关节炎 。Objective: To study the transplantation of autoperiosteum for treatment of patella femoral arthritis. Method: Among 30 cases, 46 patella femoral arthritis were transplanted with autoperiosteum taken from upper end of tibia in the same operation. The patella joint surfaces were polished into subcartilaginous and oozing of fresh blood. The periosteal cambium layer face into the articular cavity. The joint was moved on the continuous passive motion(CPM) and got off the bed early. Result: Among 30 operative patients in 23 cases, 35 joints were followed up, excellent rate was 95.6%, the poor was 4.4%. Conclusion: The patients of patella femoral arthritis were treated with graft of autoperiosteum in the same operation.
