硬膜外纤维化与椎板切除范围的关系及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨硬膜外纤维化与椎板切除范围的关系及临床意义。方法 :通过对腰间盘术后有症状患者的CT片椎板切除宽度及高度的测量 ,来研究硬膜外纤维化影像分级与椎板缺损范围的联系。结果 :硬膜囊后方的纤维化严重程度与椎板切除范围在统计学上有显著相关性 ,硬膜囊前方的纤维化与之无相关性。结论 :(1)椎板缺损越大硬膜外后方纤维化越严重 ;(2 )硬膜外纤维化的来源于原位 ,减少创伤。Objective: To research the clinical significance and the correlation of epidural fibrosis and area of laminectomy. Method: With measured width and height of laminectomy on the piece of CT, we studied the connection between classification of epidural fibrosis and area of laminectomy, in the cases with symptom after operation. Results: On statistics it have markedly pertinence between the area of laminectomy and the degree of epidural fibrosis at the rear of dural sac, but no markedly pertinence with epidural fibrosis at the fore of dural sac. Conclusions: 1.The area of laminectomy is the very larger; the epidural fibrosis at the rear of dural sac is the very obvious. 2.Because the epidural fibrosis root in original site, it is the key of prevention of epidural fibrosis that the damage is decreases and the hemostasis is quite.
