摘 要:目的 :探讨炭纤维细粉在动物颅内的移动规律及被清除的途径。方法 :将炭纤维细粉注入小鼠左侧硬脑膜 (或蛛网膜 )下隙 (硬脑膜下隙组 ,SG ,n =65 )及左侧大脑颞叶皮质 (大脑皮质组 ,CG ,n =65 ) ,阶段处死小鼠 ,取小鼠头部 ,采用组织学方法动态观察。结果 :( 1 )注入后 1~ 32周 ,硬脑膜或蛛网膜内面和软脑膜表面 ,可见炭纤维沉积 ,注入后 42~ 78周 ,沉积的炭纤维逐渐减少 ,甚至见不到炭纤维。 ( 2 )CG术后 2周 ,炭纤维移动到脑组织的正常间隙 (细胞外液腔隙 ) ,注入后 4~ 8周 ,炭纤维沉积到左侧背侧海马周围间隙和左侧侧脑室腔面 ;注入后 1 2~ 78周 ,仅 1例标本可见极少量炭纤维沉积于左侧大脑颞叶的细胞外液间隙 ;注入后 62~ 78周 ,所有标本左侧大脑颞叶皮质均未见炭纤维沉积。 ( 3)炭纤维与脑组织接触的界面细胞生长良好。结论 :( 1 )注入颅内的炭纤维可能主要经淋巴途径即神经周围淋巴管 (血管周隙和细胞外液间隙 )及淋巴管前淋巴系统清除 ,不会污染脑组织。 ( 2 )炭纤维注入颅内显示出良好的组织相容性。To study the movement regularity and clearage channel of fine carbon fiber powder implanted into intracrenia of mice.Method: After fine carbon fiber powder was injected into the lef t subdural space or subarachnoid space(subdural space group,SG, n=65 ) and lef t cerbral temporal lobe cortex(cerebral cortex group,CG, n=65 ) of the mice re spectively,with histologic method,dynamic observation is carried out their movem ent regularity and clearage channel.Results: It has been found that:①1~32 weeks after injecting in SG,the fine carbon fiber powder is located on the inter surface of the dura mem brane or arachnoid membrane of the left temporalis(the location injected) and th e out surface of pia mater encephali;42~78 weeks after injecting,depositing fin e carbon fiber powder decreases gradually and disappears under optical microscop es.②2 weeks after injecting in CG,the fine carbon fiber powder is moved into in tracrenial normal spaces(extracellular space);4~8 weeks after injecting,the fin e carbon fiber powder is moved into the space around the left dorsal hippocampus and the inter surface of left ventriculus lateralis cerebri;12~52 weeks after injecting,a very small amount of fine carbon fiber powder depositing in extrace llular space of left cerebral temporal lobe cortex is found in one sample and fi ne carbon fiber power changes into smaller fragments;62~78 weeks after injectin g,no fine carbon fiber power is found in the encephalic tissues under optical mi croscopes.③The cerebral cells around the carbon fiber depositing in the encepha lic tissues grows fine.Conclusion: ①The fine carbon fiber powder implanted into the in tracrenia of mice may be cleared away by the lymphatic channel--the perineurol ymphatics(perivascular space and extracellular space) and the prelymphatic syste m,they would not pollute the tissues of brain;②The carbon fiber shares excellen t histo compatibility after fine carbon fiber powder was injected into the intra crania of mice.
