摘 要:目的:观察乌蛇散对肺纤维化的防治作用及机理。方法:大鼠气管滴入平阳霉素建立肺纤维化模型。用药组按原药材量3g/kg体重灌胃乌蛇散,每日1次,28d后处死,观察各组肺部病理损害程度,检测肺组织中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量,并计数支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的炎症细胞总数及分类,进行组间比较。结果:模型组肺纤维化程度、肺组织中NE、DA、5-HT含量及BALF中的炎症细胞总数均显著高于正常对照组;乌蛇散组肺纤维化程度及肺组织中5-HT含量、BALF中炎症细胞总数均显著低于模型组。结论:乌蛇散能减轻平阳霉素所致大鼠肺纤维化程度,阻止炎症细胞及介质在肺内聚集可能是其作用机理。Objective:To observe the preventive effect and therapeutic mechanism of WuSheSan(WSS) in treating bleomycinA5-induced plmonary fibrosis of Rats. Methods: Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycinA5 in SD rats. In drug group WSS was given one time a day for 28 days, and then were killed. The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopa-thological examination. The contents of NE, DA and 5-HT in the lungs were measured and compared. Results: The degree of pulmonary fibrosis, the content of cell in BALF and NE、DA、5-HT in lung in the model rats taking WSS were significantly higher than that of the normal controlled rats. The degree of Pulmonary Fibrosis, the content of cell in BALF and 5-HT in lung in the rats taking WSS were significantly lower than that of the model rats. Conclusion: WSS could mitigate the degree of bleomycinA5-induced pulmonary fibrosis in Rats. It could be therapeutic mechanism to prevent the gathering of inflammatory cell and mediator from lung.
