摘　　要：目的:观察去脂软肝丸(QZRG)对实验性脂肪肝模型肝脂的影响。方法:采用乙硫氨酸及高脂饲料造成脂肪肝模型。取肝组织匀浆,测其TC、TG。结果:去脂软肝丸可降低乙硫氨酸及高脂饲料致脂肪肝模型动物的肝脂水平,并对停饲高脂饲料后的肝脂仍有降低作用。结论:该制剂可能与促进载脂蛋白的合成,抑制外源性脂质吸收及促进肝脂的代谢有关。Objective:For observing the effect of QZRG pill on the hepatic fat of experimental fatty liver. Methods:Feeding mice on ethionine and high fat diet induced the model of fatty liver, the contents of TC and TG were measured after pestling the hepatic tissue into pulp. Results:QZRG can reduce the content of the hepatic fat of the model, and it still has the effect if high fat diet ceased to be fed. Conclusion:The QZRG pill may promote the synthesis of apolipoprotein, inhibit the absorption of external fat and enhance the metabolism of the hepatic fat.
