摘　　要：通过介绍国外工程项目管理模式,并对其特点及应用特征进行分析,简要说明我国工程项目管理的现状及引进国外现代项目管理模式的必要性。Through the introduction to the management mode of foreign engineering projects along with an analysis of the features and application characteristics thereof, the paper gives a brief explanation to the state of affairs of the engineering project management in our country and the necessity to import the modern project management mode from foreign countries.
