摘　　要：此文全面分析现代船舶运输所面临的节能、环保和可持续发展问题,指出降低船舶柴油机排放和制冷剂替代是当务之急;简要介绍了上述问题国内外的解决方法和发展动向;最后作者个人提出了对于保护生态环境和可持续发展问题的见解和对策,为决策者和设计者提供参考。In this paper, the energy saving、environmental protection and sustainable development problems the modern shipping faced are discussed fully, and put forward the urgent is reduce marine diesel emission and substitute the refrigerant; brief description the solution and further direction of above problems; At last, the author' s opinion and counter-measure on environmental protection and sustainable development problem is pointed out, provide reference for the policy maker and designer.
