摘　　要：目的　研究我国民间草药狗筋蔓 Cucubalus baccifer的化学成分。方法　利用 Diaion HP- 2 0及硅胶柱层析进行化合物的分离及光谱分析的方法进行结构鉴定。结果　从乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了 6个化合物 ,经光谱分析分别鉴定为 6 ξ- m ethoxy- piperidin- 2 - one( ) ;pterolactam( ) ;5 ,7,4′- trihydroxyflavone( ) ;4 - hydroxy- 3-methoxybenzopropanyl acid( ) ;4 - hydroxybenzoaldehyde( )和 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid( )。结论　化合物 为一新的天然产物 。Object To study the chemical constituents of our folk herb, Cucubalus baccifer L Methods The components were separated on Diaion HP 20 and silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by spectral evidence Results Six compounds from ethyl acetate extracts were elucidated as 6ξ methoxy piperidin 2 one (Ⅰ), pterolactam (Ⅱ), 5, 7, 4′ trihydroxyflavone (Ⅲ), 4 hydroxy 3 methoxybenzopropanyl acid (Ⅳ), 4 hydroxybenzoaldehyde (Ⅴ), and 4 hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅵ) Conclusion Compound Ⅰ was a new naturally occurring compound and others were first isolated from this plant
