愈疡灵软膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药愈疡灵软膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的效果及作用机理。 方法 :将 6 0例静脉性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 40例 ,外用愈疡灵软膏创面换药 ;对照组 2 0例 ,外用大黄油纱创面换药。观察溃疡面愈合情况。 结果 :治疗组有效率为 95 % ,对照组有效率为 75 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :愈疡灵软膏具有改善创面血液循环、抑菌。Objective:To investigate the effects and therapeutic mechanism of Yu Yang Ling (YYL)on Venous Vein ulceration(VV) Methods:60 patients with Venous Vein ulceration were divided into two group at random.40 patients were treated with YYL as treatment group and 20 patients were treated with Da Huang gauze as control group.Then we observed the change of the wound surface.Results:The effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group.There were significant difference between two groups(P<0 05).Conclution:The therapeutic effect of YYL on VV can be achieved by improvement of blood circulation of wound surface,bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory action and acceleration of wound healing.
