频谱水的安全性及保健作用评价

摘　　要：目的 了解频谱水的安全性及保健作用。方法 按卫生部GB15193-1994《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》、《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》执行。结果LD50>15000mg/g属无毒级,小鼠骨髓微核、精子畸形、Ames’试验均为阴性;90天喂养试验生长发育、血液及生化指标、肝肾功能均无损害作用;Mφ吞噬率及血清溶菌酶含量升高有统计学意义（P<0.01）,抗疲劳试验及T淋巴细胞转化率无明显统计学意义。结论 频谱水安全无毒且能提高机体免疫功能。ve To study the security and health care of water of frequency spectrum. Methods The tests were done according to 'Procedures and methods for toxicological assessment on food safety', 'Detecting method and functional evaluating process for health food'. Results The LD50 is > 15 000mg/kg(oral to NIH mice) belong to no - toxic level. The mi-cronucleus test of bone marrow cell, the test of sperm shape abnormality in mice, Ames' test and ninety days feeding test have not significant difference on toxicity compared with the control group ( P > 0.05) . Mφ percentage of phagocytosis and the content of serum lysozyme increase significantly compared with the contorl group(P≤0.01), but anti-fatigue test and the ratio of T - lymphocyte transformation do not have significant difference compared with the control group( P>0.05). Conclusion The water of frequency spectrum is security and no-toxic. It may be able to improve immunity function of human beings.
