摘  要:目的 探讨高效氯氰菊酯对雄性小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用足跖厚度增加法、定量溶血分光光度法和血凝法对雄性小鼠进行了迟发型变态反应(DTH)、抗绵羊红细胞抗体生成及血清溶血素滴度免疫指标的检测,并用硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)对主要免疫组织器官胸腺和脾脏进行脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)测定。结果 高效氯氰菊酯使雄性小鼠抗体生成细胞分泌抗体减少,血清抗绵羊红细胞效价降低,脾脏MDA增多,而DTH及胸腺MDA结果与对照组相比,未见显著性差异。结论 高效氯氰菊酯对小鼠体液免疫功能有影响,并可能与脂质过氧化中毒机理有关。ve To evaluate immunotoxic effects of beta - cypermethrin on male mice. Methods Delayed type hyper-sensitivity (DTH) was investigated with footpad swelling assay. Antibody production(SRBC-PFC) was assayed with quantitative hemolysis spectrophotometry(QHS) and serum haemolysin titers were performed with direct agglutination(hemaggluti-nation). Moreover, The levels of lipid peroxidation in thymus and spleen tissue homogenates were measured with thiobarbi-turic acid(TBA) method. Results Antibody secreted by plaque forming cells decreased, the immune response determined by antisheep erythrocyte was hindered and the level of lipid peroxidation in spleen increased. However, no effects on DTH and lipid peroxidation in thymus were observed. Conclusion Humoral immune suppression was induced by beta- Cypermethrin in male mice, which is in relation to the toxic mechanism of lipid peroxidation.
