摘　　要：以香花槐幼叶、幼茎为材料,材料经表面消毒后,接种到诱导培养基和继代培养基上,15～20天,形成愈伤组织,30～40天形成芽,50天左右,形成苗,截取无根苗到生根培养基上,15～20天后,形成根系.The young leaves and young stems of ( Robinia pseudoacacia cv. idaho) were used as explant materials. They were cultured on the inducing media and the continuing culture media. Calli initiated after 15-20 days of inoculation, and buds arised after 30-40-days culture. About 50 days later, the buds from calli or explants grew into shoots. After transferred to the root inducing media for 40 days, the no root shoot grew a number of roots.
